Scanner Repair

At Large Document Solutions, we can help you repair your old scanner and/or determine if your money is better spent towards something new (or newer). We do tend to focus on a few specific models that we feel are the best values, but we are familiar with most of the scanners in the industry. If we can't repair a specific model ourselves, we have local contacts in the industry that are service trained on virtually every piece of equipment out there.

We have been in this business a long time - if a model is still serviceable, we can get it fixed! Sometimes though, it may be more cost effective to trade a broken scanner for a new or used product that will be guaranteed to meet your specific requirements. Conversion Services

Is your requirement to digitize a specific set of documents and have no on-going need for a scanner? We can convert your documents for you. Whether you have a few hundred or a few hundred thousand drawings, get a quote on having it done for you. Prices for large document conversion vary depending on several factors but generally run $1.00 – $2.50 per drawing. The larger the job, the lower cost per drawing. We also have a partner company that specializes is small format scanning, so any job with mixed sizes is no problem.

Our entire focus is large document conversions or solutions. There are local copy shops that have moved to digital printing and can now offer scan to file services. Although some of these shops are also very knowledgeable in this area, most are not. We have seen cities that have had all of their drawings converted only to find years later that what they have is not acceptable anymore and have had to start over. Luckily in this case, the drawings still existed.
