About Large Document Solutions

Large Document Solutions is a division of the Engineering and Manufacturing Enhancements Corporation (EME Corp). EME was founded in 2001 and functioned mainly as a contract sales entity. In late 2003, EME changed its focus to become a full-function reseller. Although it may appear as though our expertise dates back only five years, President Kevin Brinks has been in the industry over 25 years.

Kevin started with what was then Martin Marietta in 1980 as an engineer on the Titan program utilizing equipment as an end user. In 1984 Kevin went to Versatec, a Xerox company, that produced digital plotters. He worked his way through five years as a systems analyst, three years of direct sales, and six years of partner sales and business development. During those six years, Kevin became involved with many different companies and products in the industry. After the Xerox tenure, Kevin went to Printfold (online and offline large document folders) as a sales director and worked with companies such as Xerox, KIP, Oce’, and their resellers. During the contract sales period, he sold KIP equipment and worked for a scanner distributor selling Contex, Vidar, ANAtech, Colortrac and Graphtec scanners.

Since 2003, we have been focused on bringing the best value to our customers. We are familiar with all of the products offered by the manufacturers of large document equipment. Most companies are directly tied to one manufacturer and are required to sell its products whether it meets your needs or not. But Large Document Solutions operates independently, as no one company has the appropriate product for every situation. Provided with a much wider selection of products, we are thus able to suggest the best product to meet your specific requirements. And if we cannot provide that product in your area, we will point you to someone who can.
